Understanding our Terms & Conditions helps you know your rights, responsibilities, and the policies that guide your learning journey at Nextgen Siksha. It ensures a transparent, safe, and smooth experience so you can focus fully on building your career with confidence.
1. Enrollment & Admission Policy
Enrollment is confirmed only after full or partial payment as per course rules.
Students must provide accurate personal information during registration.
Nextgen Siksha reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment request based on eligibility.
2. Course Access & Usage
Course materials (videos, PDFs, assignments, tools, class recordings) are for personal learning only.
Sharing, distributing, or uploading course content online or offline is strictly prohibited.
Course access duration depends on the package selected at the time of enrollment.
Access extensions, if required, may involve additional fees.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
All course fees must be paid as per the agreed payment structure.
Delay in installment payments may cause temporary access restrictions until dues are cleared.
Fees once paid are non-transferable to another student or another course.
4. Refund Policy
All fees paid to Nextgen Siksha are non-refundable, except in the case of technical issues preventing course access for more than 7 days.
Refund requests must be made in writing with valid proof.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
5. Attendance & Participation
Students are encouraged to maintain regular attendance for best learning outcomes.
Missing live classes or sessions will not be compensated unless pre-decided by the institute.
Session recordings (if provided) are strictly for enrolled participants only.
6. Certification Policy
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of assignments, tests, or project work (as applicable).
Students must meet the minimum performance criteria to qualify for certification.
Nextgen Siksha reserves the right to withhold certificates in case of misconduct or unpaid dues.
7. Code of Conduct
Students must maintain respectful communication with mentors, staff, and fellow learners.
Any form of harassment, abusive behaviour, or misuse of the platform will lead to suspension without refund.
Misusing learning resources or violating intellectual property terms will result in legal action.
8. Placement & Career Support
Nextgen Siksha provides career guidance, resume help, and interview preparation, but does not guarantee a job.
Placement support depends on student performance, effort, and discipline.
Companies have full authority to select or reject candidates.
9. Technical Requirements
Students must ensure they have a compatible device, stable internet, and necessary software.
The institute is not responsible for personal device issues or connectivity problems.
10. Changes & Updates
Nextgen Siksha may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
It is the student’s responsibility to review updates periodically.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is used only for academic communication and service delivery.
We do not sell, share, or misuse student data under any circumstances.
